MED 670-679 Special TopicsFall, Spring, Mini‐mester, Special Session, Winter Intersession, Summer I, Summer II
Special Topics: Graduate Education Professional Development (GEPD) courses will explore historical, societal, and/or pedagogical aspects of education and behavioral health. Students who participate in a Special Topics GEPD course will also build background knowledge on current issues facing public education and/or the behavioral health profession as well as develop advanced pedagogical approaches for responding to those issues. Certified Pennsylvania Educators who complete a Special Topics GEPD course will also be eligible to earn up to 90 clock hours of ACT 48 credit. 3 credit hours
