This course introduces the student to the topics of static electricity, electric fields, Gauss’ Law, electric potential, capacitance, resistance, current, voltage, magnetic fields, Ampere’s Law, Faraday’s Law, and inductance. 4 lecture hours. 3 laboratory hours. Prerequisite: PHY 160, MAT 172.
