BCM 400 Applied BiochemistryFall/Spring
This course will address selected topics of interest in the field of biochemistry with a focus on recent advances. Topics may include but are not limited to: characterization of protein structure using spectroscopy and chromatography, enzymology, integration of metabolism and regulation, cancer biochemistry, plant biochemistry, nutrition biochemistry, bioinformatics, nanotechnology and drug delivery, and cell signaling and pharmacology. Prerequisite: BIO 350 with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
