NUR 322 Strategies for Critical Thinking in Nursing Education and Practices

Fall-Spring Semesters

In this course, students will develop more effective study strategies to promote retention of foundational nursing concepts.  Students will utilize self-assessment tools to strengthen their critical thinking skills for professional nursing practice.  Evidence-based strategies for learning and retention of information will be discussed.  Students will also learn to critically analyze exam questions to effectively remediate on knowledge gaps. Prerequisite: NUR 210/211   Corequisite: NUR 300  and NUR 340/341
