HSP 410 Revenue Management and Hospitality/Tourism Technology
This capstone course provides a review of contemporary practices, processes and technology utilized for maximizing revenue and profitability in hospitality and tourism enterprises. Students will be introduced to the Star and Host Reports, occupancy and average rate budgeting and to the capabilities and features of contemporary property management systems and metrics.
