IBS 380 Global Management and Marketing

Fall and Spring

This course explores the application of management and marketing strategies in international markets.  The course focuses on non-domestic market selection, entry strategies, organizational development, human resource issues, adaptation of the strategic marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) for non-domestic markets, and corporate global citizenship.
