This course provides students with a broad range of thinking, research and commentary on contemporary issues and management practices in today’s lodging industry. Students will gain knowledge and skills with a focus on the essential duties and responsibilities of the hotel general manager, controller and departmental managers. Prerequisite: HSP 340 Corequisite: HSP 410
