ECH 210 Educational Technology for Early Elementary LearningFall-Spring Semesters
This course focuses on the PreK-4 teacher candidate learning how to best select, design, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate current “educational technologies” for use in the PreK-4 classroom. The term “educational technologies” in this course refers to the integrating of “idea” and “product” technologies with established curricular goals to enhance the teaching and learning process. Students will integrate appropriate educational technology within a standards-aligned system. Students will integrate these technologies through hands- on practice, skill-building activities, small group work sessions (in-class and online), and interdisciplinary projects and field experience. Corequisite: ECH 102
