CRW 373 Creative Nonfiction



This course gives students guided practice in the increasingly popular genres of nonfiction writing, including essays, creative nonfiction, and journalistic feature stories. Readings will include a variety of print and Internet sources that reflect the current state of nonfiction prose. Students will be asked to assemble a portfolio of essays, accompanied by brief abstracts and self-critical responses. Prerequisite: FCO 210 (WRT210) FCO 215 , or FCO 225 (WRT225) .
