SCM 445 Operations in Service Organizations

Spring Semester

This course provides an introduction to the functional area of production and operations management as practiced in service organizations. Topics include service strategy, positioning and marketing services, locating facilities, service quality, and managing demand and supply. Prerequisite: Completion of QBA 260  and SCM 300  with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
