SCM 320 Lean SystemsFall Semester
This course discusses how lean methodologies can eliminate waste. The focus of the course is on the application of lean tools in service and manufacturing settings. Topics include 5S, POUS, standardized work, SMED, Kaizen, value stream mapping, level loading, and Kanban. Prerequisite: Completion of MGT 150 , and QBA 260 with grades of 2.0 or higher.
