MGT 305 Total Quality Management

Fall and Spring Semesters

This course provides an introduction to the total quality management philosophy. The course is comprised of four major components: quality principles, problem solving, quality assurance, and quality management. Prerequisite: Completion of MGT 150 Â with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
