CJA 403 Conflict Analysis and Management

This course explores the fundamentals of conflict analysis and its management, settlement, or resolution in a variety of settings, including the administration of justice. Also, the course is designed to develop student skills in the analysis of conflicts using negotiation, mediation, collaborative problem solving, and other processes and techniques. Prerequisite: CJA 101 and junior standing.
