QBA 260 Data Driven Decision Making

Fall/Spring

This is an introductory course in statistics, the study of proper methods of presenting data and of interpreting sample data based on probability theory. Coverage includes descriptive statistics, probability and probability distributions, and interval estimation and hypothesis testing of means and proportions. A statistical software package is introduced in this course. Prerequisite: IFS 100  or IFS 105 with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
