IFS 100 Introduction to Information Technology

Fall/Spring/Summer

This course presents a comprehensive introduction to Information Technology and its role in society. It focuses on the fundamentals of computer hardware, software, the Internet, cybersecurity, and the ethical use of technology. Students are also required to pass competency exams covering Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
