NUR 202 Nutrition in Health Care

This course will provide a basic study and understanding of the principles of normal and clinical nutrition. Students will gain an awareness of the importance of nutrition within the health-illness continuum, and its importance in the total health care of future clients. Students will be able to apply the knowledge of the nutritional concepts and principles to help future clients fulfill their nutritional needs. Prerequisite: CHM 122 or CHM 134
