Leadership for Business and Community, B.A.

The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership for Business and Community offers a flexible, fully online undergraduate degree completion option for learners seeking to advance their careers, achieve a personal educational goal, and/or make a meaningful impact in the community. Designed to meet the needs of working adults, career changers, and lifelong learners, this program equips students with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s complex world. By combining key principles of business with a deep understanding of community development, the program will prepare graduates to lead effectively across sectors – corporate, nonprofit, and/or government. Students will engage in coursework that emphasizes four core competencies: 1) comprehensive communication ; 2) effective leadership; 3) profit generation, and 4) societal advancement.

Leadership for Business and Community, B.A. Learning Outcomes  

Degree Requirements:

To be eligible for graduation, students majoring in Leadership for Business and Community must complete a minimum of 120 credits.

Constellation Requirement


The Constellation requirement is met when a student completes four 3-credit courses from a minimum of three disciplines within the Constellation requirements. All Leadership for Business and Community majors are required to complete the following four courses as part of their General Education requirements:
