Continuous Improvement Minor

The graduate minor in Continuous Improvement provides students with practical skills in using data and structured methodologies to improve organizational performance. Students learn to analyze processes, manage improvement initiatives, and apply continuous improvement tools across a range of organizational settings. The minor is open to all graduate students with foundational knowledge of statistics and management.
