Applied Behavior Analysis, M.ED

This Master of Education program prepares candidates for careers as professional behavior therapists. In these roles, our graduates work in mental health agencies and organizations to deploy evidence-based techniques that help clients engage in healthy and productive behaviors. The York College Applied Behavior Analysis Program is an approved Pathway 2 program through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Candidates who complete the program and successfully document the requisite filed supervised fieldwork required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, are eligible to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Examination. Candidates who are employed in a mental health agency or organization, may complete some or all of their field supervision with their employer. Students may also complete up to four 3-credit supervised practicum courses at YCP.
