This Post-Masters Certificate program is designed to prepare candidates for careers as professional behavior therapists. In these roles, our graduates work in mental health agencies and organizations to deploy evidence-based techniques that help clients engage in healthy and productive behaviors. The York College Applied Behavior Analysis Program has been approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Verified Sequence. Candidates who complete the program, and successfully document the requisite field supervision hours required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, are eligible to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analysis Examination. Candidates who are employed in a mental health agency or organization may complete some or all of their field supervision with their employer. Students may also complete up to four 2-credit supervised internship courses at YCP. These courses will place students with local mental health agencies.

SPECIALIZATION COURSES (21 CREDITS):
Internship Courses
Students whom wish to receive field supervision through York College of Pennsylvania may complete up to four ABA Internship Courses. These courses are not included in the M.Ed. degree or the Verified Course Sequence.
