Every organization depends on people to accomplish a mission.  Having the right people with the right skills and motivating them to work at their full potential are keys to organizational success.  Managers are responsible for acquiring and developing human talent and leveraging that talent to create a workforce that drives an organization to peak performance.  Managers also participate in the creation of an organization’s goals and the evaluation of those goals.  The Management major is designed to guide students through the development of the skills and abilities necessary to meet those responsibilities.  Management students take courses covering human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership and ethics.  Students then choose a variety of management electives to meet their personal and career goals.  Underpinning all courses in the major is our commitment to blending academic theory with practical application to provide an optimal learning experience.

Requirements for Graduation:

To be eligible for graduation, students majoring in Management must complete a minimum of 120 credits, achieve a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher, and complete the General Education Requirements of the College.
