CM 215 Mass Communication Media and TheorySpring
This course provides an introduction to the most important theories and principles of communication as well as a survey of the technologies, industries, and practices of mass communication. Students will examine communication strategies in a media landscape where traditional and new media coexist, and learn to appreciate the use of theory and its application to a wide variety of communication contexts and behaviors. The course will equip students with the ability to analyze current trends and apply learned skills to design effective media strategies.
