ART 264 Creative AI II: Multimodal Systems

Spring

This course explores foundational three-dimensional and multimodal systems used in contemporary creative production. Students develop skills in digital modeling, basic rigging, lighting, and camera design while learning how these elements function together within a creative pipeline. Emphasis is placed on spatial thinking, visual coherence, and intentional framing rather than high-fidelity rendering. Artificial intelligence tools are introduced as part of an integrated workflow that supports iteration and problemsolving. Projects may result in animated scenes, still images, environmental assets, or hybrid creative works. By the end of the course, students produce a concise 3D scene demonstrating conceptual clarity and technical control. Prerequisite: ART 213 .
