BHA 415 Health Care Management: Theory and Application

This course provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation to the field of health care management and offers a solid orientation to management in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. Students will discover the important issues in healthcare management, such as ethics, cost management, strategic planning and marketing, information technology, human resources, and more.
