MGT 220 Human Resource Management

Fall/Spring

This course explores theories and concepts leading to effective utilization of human resources in organizations. Strategic human resource planning, recruitment, selection, socialization, training and development, career development, performance appraisal, rewards and compensation, benefits, safety and health, and labor relations are addressed within the context of a complex legal environment. Prerequisite: Completion of MGT 150 with a grade of 2.0 or higher. 3 credit hours
