MGT 150 Principles of Management

An analysis of the managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Additional topics include ethics, social responsibility, human resource management, organizational behavior, and decision making. The course is intended to develop a diagnostic management style for managing in diverse organizational situations. This is a writing/ communications-intensive course. 3 credit hours
