MPA 513 Seminar on Local Government

This course provides an advanced overview of local government in the United States. It surveys the structures, functions, and financing of local governments, and examines their relations with federal and state governments. In particular, this course places an emphasis on the local governmental decision making process in the United States. 3 credit hours
