MPA 518 Public Sector Organizations

This course examines the organizational and inter‐organizational factors present in many public sector organizations developing and implementing new policies, the nature of the political environment, the structure of organizations, staffing patterns and constraints, and budgetary realities. Students will gain a broader understanding of the various and changing aspects of organizational settings, dynamics, and challenges that they may face within the public sector. 3 credit hours
