MBA 554 Human Resource Management: People Analytics



This course focuses on the development and application of human resource systems within organizations, with a special emphasis on people analytics. Core topics include recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee development. The course integrates data-driven approaches to enhance HR decision-making and improve organizational outcomes. Additionally, students will explore the legal environment, ethics, and social responsibility in HR practices, while learning to apply analytical insights in managing the workforce.  3 credit hours
