MED 628 Educational Technology Systems Management

Fall, Spring, Summer

Students will learn to support educational organizations through the management of education technology and systems. Issues to be examined include project management, technology asset administration, and personnel. Students will also learn to store and manage data using approaches that comply with FERPA, COPPA, AND CIPA regulations. Assignments completed during the course equate to 20 hours of course-embedded field experience as defined by PDE for Education Technology students pursuing the Instructional Technology Specialist Certification. 3 credit hours
