PH 490 Public Health Internship

Fall and Spring

A healthcare administration internship is a short‐term, public health‐related work experience designed to allow students to gain meaningful, pre‐professional work experience in their field of interest prior to graduation. Internships require students to meet periodically with a faculty supervisor, provide a written deliverable, and participate in an end‐of‐internship evaluation. Grading will be pass/fail. Prerequisite: Junior standing and departmental approval of each student participant’s individual program. Students must have earned 60 or more credits and a minimum of 2.5 cumulative grade point average at the time of application.
