CRW 273 CreativityFall and Spring
Creativity is a defining feature of how humans understand ourselves, how we give value to art and expression, and what we value in work and culture. Creativity is a course that will explore theory and practice in the subject across a variety of disciplines, grounded in the arts. The class explores how creativity exists across cultures and in different environments, along with how technology has enhanced and challenged human creativity. Students will engage in creative processes, produce original creative knowledge and art, and gain experience with creative technology. Studying creativity asks us to consider what makes us human, while preparing students for the expanding landscape of technology‐assisted creation.
