EXS 315 Advanced Human NutritionFall
Biochemical, physiological, and sociological aspects of human nutrition. Includes study of the human GI tract, macronutrients, micronutrients, overabundance and starvation, as well as in‐depth consideration of those central metabolic pathways relevant to human nutrition. Prerequisite: BIO 222 or instructor approval.
