SPM 430 Sport Performance Analytics

This course will utilize several analytical tools to measure, analyze and predict professional sports players’ performance and team management. The course will focus on the applications of variety analytical methodologies, including decision analysis, predictive analytics, and optimization. The topics cover such areas as player evaluation, draft analytics and team’s salary cap management. This course is crosslisted with BUA 430. Prerequisite: QBA 265.
