SPM 335 Sport Sales and Ticket Operations

The course is designed to prepare students with the knowledge of the key sales and ticketing skill competencies needed to generate revenue in sport. Students will gain real world experience practicing these skills, learning how to build customer relationships, sell inventory and use CRM software.
