BUA 420 Data Mining

Spring

This course covers key business computational competencies needed by business analysts to fulfill the information needs of decision makers at all levels of an organization.  It provides the student with an understanding of management science techniques and provides insight into how these tools may be used to analyze complex business problems and arrive at rational solutions.  Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation, implementation and communication of results.  Students use major software tools to perform business analysis.  Prerequisite: QBA 265
