SE 220 Instruction and Curriculum Development in Middle and Secondary Education
This course focuses on the current best practice regarding principles and procedures of effective curriculum design. Students will not only gain foundational knowledge regarding curriculum, they will create a working knowledge through the development of lesson plans and interdisciplinary units. Students will research and interpret curriculum mapping, along with learning relevant procedures for assessing student understanding and scaffolding activities for learning.
