ART 275 Ceramics II

Fall/Spring

This is an intermediate-level studio course that explores in-depth the various techniques of ceramics. Students further develop hand-building and wheel-throwing skills. The class explores surface and textural applications as well as glazing and color techniques. Assigned and individual projects, demonstrations, slide and video presentations, as well as critiques are a part of this course. 5 lecture and studio hours. Prerequisite: ART 225.
