HSP 235 Current Issues in Hospitality and Tourism

This course helps students to understand the contemporary hospitality workplace, outlining specific decisions and challenges facing managers in the industry. It provides students with a richer understanding of the most current issues facing hospitality managers, and challenges them to find appropriate response to those issues in the fields.
