SPE 304 Evidence Based Instruction for Students with Low Incidence Disabilities

Fall-Spring Semester

This course will address the characteristics, etiology, and educational interventions required for children with low incidence disorders, including moderate/severe Intellectual Impairment, Pervasive Development Disorder, and Traumatic Brain Injury receiving special education services in preK-8 setting.  This class addresses required competencies identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education for licensure of grades preK-8 special education teachers.
