Students will explore the various tools and funding sources available to economic developers and community development corporations leading the revitalization of urban neighborhoods. Using the City of York as a case study, students will get a hands-on view of local redevelopment efforts and speak with key leaders who are planning, building, and nurturing new neighborhoods.
