ACC 571 Advanced AuditingFall, Spring, and Summer Semesters
This course will provide a deeper analysis of auditing and its value to capital markets. Course content will focus on tools, test procedures, and processes used to audit an organization during various accounting cycles. The course will also provide an understanding of the client selection process, sampling techniques, and the audit conclusion phase including the issuance of the final audit opinion. The role and responsibilities of internal auditing are also addressed. Prerequisite: ACC410 or equivalent 3 credit hours
