ART 296 Publication DesignFall Semester
Students in this course will learn how to design commercial, industrial, and personal publications. The history of publishing technology, as well as the terminology of publication design and production will be covered. In this studio course, emphasis will be on effective interpretation of content, viewer engagement and legibility, project planning and organization, and typographic excellence. 5 lecture and studio hours. Prerequisite: ART 218 , ART 290 . Art majors only.
