ART 436 Professional Development Seminar/Graphic DesignSpring Semester
This course provides the junior Graphic Design major with an opportunity to begin to develop the professional portfolio of work, both print and digital, that will be completed upon graduation, as well as learn important business issues for the graphic designer. Resumes and self-promotional materials are created. This seminar prepares the Graphic Design student for a career as a professional designer or graduate study. Students enrolled in this course are required to join AIGA (American Institute of the Graphic Arts). 5 lecture and studio hours.
