MBA 513 Organizational Dynamics and Change



The course is designed to improve understanding of individual and group dynamics, conflict management, and organizational change. It includes a study of various approaches and concepts concerned with organization structure, authority and power structures, organization climate, and managerial philosophy. This course will also examine current challenges that leaders and managers have in migrating organizations to harden the supply chain. Applied theory to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and economy will be emphasized. Topics include logic, power, culture, leadership, change, rightsizing, reengineering, technology and innovation, and teamwork. Prerequisite: MBA 503   (3 credits)
