Program Educational Objectives

• Students will demonstrate foundational knowledge of natural sciences (e.g., anatomy & physiology, physics (as needed), and chemistry).

• Students will apply foundational scientific knowledge gained at YCP to demonstrate competency required for successful acceptance into and performance during clinical rotations.

• Students will accurately interpret and ethically use quantitative data to solve clinical problems and support decision-making.

• Students will locate, evaluate, and synthesize scientific literature and interdisciplinary resources to propose evidence-based solutions to clinical challenges.
