Program Educational Objectives
- Students will demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the content of the discipline of International Relations (a sub-discipline of Political Science). Indicator: Students will identify, describe, and explain the nature of the various institutional arrangements found in governments.
- Students will demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the content of the discipline of International Relations (a sub-discipline of Political Science). Indicator: Students will be able to identify and differentiate among the various political and economic ideologies throughout the world.
- Students will demonstrate proficiency with the research methods and analytical skills common to the discipline of International Relations (a subdiscipline of Political Science). Indicator: Students will demonstrate proficiency when using statistics to explain international political phenomena.
- Students will produce clear, concise, and well written and organized documents that employ standard conventions for spelling, grammar, syntax, and usage. Indicator: Students will write clearly with a minimum of grammatical errors.
