Program Educational Objectives

• Students should demonstrate proficiency in practical forensic chemistry and chemistry laboratory skills, including appropriate handling of evidence and chemicals.
• Students will apply mathematical strategies and appropriate chemical methodologies to formulate solutions to problems in chemistry and forensic chemistry.
• Students will demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking by evaluating, analyzing and interpreting chemical evidence and experimental data.
• Students will demonstrate both oral and written communication skills, including appropriate scientific, chemical, and forensic language.
